The Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award (formerly the Jane M Klausman Women in Business Scholarship) helps women pursue undergraduate and master’s degrees in business management and overcome gender barriers from the classroom to the boardroom.

Eligibility & Criteria
The award is open to women aged 18-35, who demonstrate evidence of exceptional leadership in a business-related field of study or industry, entrepreneurial spirit, ethical conduct, and makes significant contributions to addressing global or local issues affecting women and girls, or climate justice.
Zonta Women in Business Leadership Award Prize

The Club level award is $2000 AUD and the recipient is selected by the Club Committee.
Club Level

The Club Winner is entered into the District 22 Level and can be awarded $2,000 AUD.
District Level
-
District Winners are then entered into the international selection process. 10 international winners are awarded $5,000 USD.
International Level
